As we bring the 10th Anniversary celebrations of Blacknose Beauties to a close, we’re delighted to announce a new chapter for one of the event’s most popular classes.
From 2027, Whitehall Valais Blacknose will become the new sponsors of our Young Handler classes, continuing the support of the next generation of Valais Blacknose breeders and exhibitors.
The announcement follows 10 years of sponsorship from Crookedstane Valais Blacknose, who have supported the Young Handler classes since the beginning of Blacknose Beauties.
Over the past decade, the classes have become a much-loved part of the show, allowing young handlers of all ages to step into the ring, build their confidence and show off their skills – while creating plenty of memorable moments along the way.
The Society would like to extend a huge thank you to Andrew and Jemma Knowles-Brown and the Crookedstane family for their longstanding support. After 10 years, the timing feels particularly fitting as their own younger generation are now ready to step into the ring.
It is also a lovely continuation for the classes, with Whitehall’s own young handlers having competed at Blacknose Beauties since the beginning.
We are delighted to welcome Henry and Emily Duncan as our new Young Handler sponsors and look forward to seeing another generation take centre stage in 2027.
