VBSSUK Online Shop

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the VBSSUK Online shop.

Delivery
when an order is placed via the VBSSUK online shop you will be sent an email confirming receipt of your order.  We aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days, first class via Royal Mail.  Postage is per item and will be calculated at the time of purchase based on weight and location (i.e. UK, Europe, America and RoW).  Postage is calculated based on listed charges on the Royal Mail website.

Availability
In the event that the item you order is not available we will contact you to inform you when it will be available, offer a refund or an alternative.


Cancellation and Returns
We offer a 14-day no quibbles returns policy (or 28 days for overseas returns), which begins from the date you received the goods.  If you contact us outside of the 14-day period or fail to return the item to us within 14 days we will not refund the order (unless defective/damaged). All unwanted goods should be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition.

When we receive the returned item we will process the return and complete your refund.

Please obtain proof of sending the item from the post office.

If you request a refund we will refund the full price of the goods and original postage.  Return postage fee will not be paid by VBSSUK and you are responsible for any return costs. You will receive notification via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Customs Fees & Charges for Overseas Delivery
Orders that are shipped overseas may be subject to custom duties, and these are not included in the purchase price. As the buyer, you’re responsible for these charges – unfortunately we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you’d like any further information, you should contact your local customs office.

Lost Items

VBSSUK are not responsible for items lost in the post.  Please see Royal Mail website for items not received.

Security
When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing VBSSUK to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods. Your data will not be stored by us and will not be passed on to any third party.
