Please note
General Entry Rules:
- Each animal can only be graded ONCE per year at ONE event
- Entries are available via your Grassroots login
- Entries must be added to your Grassroots cart and paid for at the time of entry. By submitting entries, the entrant becomes liable for all applicable entry fees in full, including entries withdrawn after submission
- Sheep must be entered for grading to qualify for show
- You can reserve and pay for up to 15 places at each event
- Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and close once the maximum capacity has been reached – early booking is advised
- Entries for grading and show must be: Fully Registered / Registration Pending / DNA Pending / or Birth Notified.
- No late entries or substitutions will be accepted
Refunds and cancellations:
- Bookings are non-refundable, unless new Bluetongue movement restrictions are announced after booking, preventing your attendance.
- Spaces are also non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or carried over to any other VBS event.
