Pre-entries & Payment Open: Thursday 24th April 2025 at 9:00 am

Grading and Show Entry Fee: £25 per animal
Sale Entry Fee: £15 per animal
Ear tag Submission Deadlines:
Open: Tuesday 13th May 2025 at midday
Close: Tuesday 20th May 2025 at midday

Please note:
- Each animal can only be graded ONCE per year at ONE event
- Entries are available via your Grassroots login
- Payment must be made at the time of pre-entry. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received. Any unpaid spaces will not be held and may be released without prior notice
- You can reserve and pay for up to 10 places at each event
- Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and close once the maximum capacity has been reached – early booking is advised
- No late entries will be accepted
- Entries for grading must be registered (Registration Pending / DNA Pending / Birth Notified will be accepted)
- Sheep entered for sale must be graded
- Sale entries must be submitted before the ear tag submissions close
- Entries for sale must be fully registered. Entries that are not fully registered (i.e., Registration Pending / DNA Pending / Birth Notified) on the day of sale, will be removed from the sale
- Bookings are non-refundable, unless new Bluetongue movement restrictions are announced after booking, preventing your attendance. Spaces are also non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or carried over to any other VBS event. For the latest updates, please refer to: Bluetongue Information and Guidance
